Zeyvera provides a fixed-scope diagnostic based on the information you submit. Deliverables are Operational Continuity Risk Snapshot and Evidence & Gaps Table. Implementation work is not included.

Inputs and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted information. Where evidence is thin or missing, conclusions may be limited or marked as low confidence.

No warranties

Deliverables are provided “as-is” and reflect best-effort analysis from the provided inputs. Outcomes are not promised, and risk cannot be fully eliminated.

Confidentiality

Submitted materials are treated as confidential and are not intentionally disclosed except to operate the service or comply with law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeyvera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the deliverables.
